Default Introduction :)

Hi I am Nicole(25) and I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier today. I never even heard of PCOS until about a month ago. But DH and I have a little boy that just turned 1 year and he was such an answered prayer. I was having very irregular periods after getting off BCP and to this day we still don't have a clue when we conceived him. Now I am back to having non-existant periods...I had one since DS was born. We were hoping to start trying for #2 and that is how we found out that I had PCOS. Kinda hard to have a baby when you don't get a period or ovulate for 11 months PP. I am learning as much as I can before I have to go in for my appt with my dr. to determine the next course of action so any help would be WONDERFUL! I am a thin cyster and, until I came here, haven't been able to find much good information on it.

my doctor said she'd had a lot of luck with fertility using the metformin. So there is hope!
