If you're using AOL, it will continue to happen off/on. It's been happening to me for a few years now as well. Once I get the notice, I have to jump on to exlorer. You're definetely not banned, it's AOL. No one seems to know why it does this. Hope it helps!

exactly...it'a an AOL thing...I have absolutely no idea how to fix the core issue.

You can try logging offline, and turning your computer off (that should reset your IP), or use IE, as Aymen suggested..

If you've registered a new account, however, let me know, as I'll have to delete the second one, or the 'sockpuppet catcher' will lock up both accounts...
