Is there a cookbook or recipe book that goes along well w/the IR Diet?? Any suggestions are appreciated. I don't think there is one that is actually called "the IR Diet cookbook" but is there one that works in well with it? I am starting to read the IR book (just got it yesterday) and I am going to try to do the diet and wondered about recipes/cookbooks, to make dinners easier w/out having to "figure out" too much TIA!

I did notice that, but I have to admit, I haven't really looked at the recipes very well, and I forgot they were there when i asked this...lol...but I was wondering if there were any other cookbooks that went along with it, or worked in well with it, I like to have lots of recipes for lots of variety Also, I am very picky, I have several regular cookboks and there isn't that much in them that I would ever eat...lol. Thanks for the reply, I forgot about the recipes in the back of the book, I've been so into reading the rest of the book I will have to check them out!
