Has anyone read it?? And has anyone followed it with success??

WW just isnt working for me - I never stay committed!! Ahhhh! - and seeing as I have IR I may as well give the actual diet for it a go :p

I have had a peek on Ebay for it but there are none of these books selling right now....where did you buy your copy from??

I don't think this is the same book, but I have The Glucose Revolution: Managing PCOS from Borders here in Sydney. They should be able to order it for you. It's actually an Aussie book so all the food they talk about is familiar which helps. Also I think it's a really sensible diet and excellent for PCOS/IR cysters!

I have the IR book but I found it a bit hard to use all of the conversions and they refer to a lot of US brands. But maybe I am just lazy

Okies, now I'm 'watching' them (well I hope they're yours Kirsten!). I am going away this weekend so I might have a look for the PCOS Glucose one too, I have the GI books so might give them a go again, although I do follow low GI....on my good days....
