I was anemic for a long time. I don't have any specific recipes as I like to keep my meals simple.
Nothing tastes better than a nice, juicy steak or a shrimp stir-fry with broccoli!
Snack on nuts like almonds and walnuts.
Make your salads with baby spinach. Thrown in some figs or raisins.
Make omelet with veggies.
Eat dark leafy greens like kale and swiss chard (prepare by chopping up and lightly boiling in water for 3-5 minutes - don't overcook)
