Default iron, vitamin B supplements

Hi guys
I need your advice (again). I used to take a multivitamin but I stopped taking it since I started taking GNC's Hair, nail formula with Biotin few weeks back (i didn't want to OD on vitamins). I think I need to start taking B-complex formula with iron. Any recommendations please? Sorry I don't have a doctor to go to get advice. I'm in Japan. Argh!

hi

well, I dont know, sorry. But I agree that it's best not to overdo the daily allowance. Could you ask in the shop where you bought the other vitamins? As they should know.

I bought the others online. Actually, I buy everything online. People here don't understand me and I don't understand them unfortunately. So, my only hope is advice from here :-)

Cheers my darlings

soopergal- I take alot of vitamins-but I have also done hundreds and hundreds of hours of research on them and everything I put in my body, the counteractions and benefits. I suggest taking a look at some vitamin sites and also a multi-vitamin will not hurt you, but I wouldnt suggest taking it with a hair/skin/nail vitamin since they both will have high amount of B and iron in them.. here are some websites I have found usefull on my quest for information:
