I haven't had a period since August and even then I had to use provera to have one. Well April 20th I got a suprise, my first period on my own! It lasted till Sunday, 7 days. Normal for me when I was on provera. Well Monday and Tuesday i was fine and then this morning I wake up and boom I'm bleeding again. I haven't had to many period in my time but I know they don't come this close together LOL. Do you think its cause I hadn't had a period since August and thats why its doing it or what? Should I call the dr? i know she'll want me to come in and I'm really busy atm and can't drive 2 hours just to see what she says about it.

my dr. said that your body will do crazy things when its trying to sort hormones out. the same thing happened to me, but it was a provera induced period.

well i figured i'd give it a couple days and see what happens. if the same friday i guess i'll go the doc

The same thing has happened to me many times. I think when you go so long without a period that it takes more time to "clean things out".
