Issue accessing any thread (from Lovesbabies)

Lovesbabies sent me this PM and wanted me to pass it on to you. Not sure if this has to do with the recent updates, if so I apologize.

can you ask her:

- when did the problem start happening
- what browser and version is she using (ie Internet Explorer or AOL and what version)
- has she tried logging off the net and turning her computer off...and then re-booting?
- what's her IP address

I'm about to head the airport in a few, so my responses are going to be delayed for several days (if you see me posting, it's most likely from my phone), but when I can get to a computer for the next several days, I'll look into this.

Loves wrote me back and this was her response:

My IP address is 76.106.239.136
It started happening 2-3 days ago.
I use Internet Explorer 6.0.
I've logged off and I have cleared the temp. internet files.
