Default Itchy itchy!

Does anyone here have experience with spermicide and vaginal itching?

Evidently I'm having an itch problem and trying to figure out why (not too uncomfortable and no strange discharge, so obviously not an infection). Ick.

Yes, I do. Spermicide is not for everyone. I found that out the hard way years ago. Turns out that I'm allergic to it and so are many other women. Hope that I understood the question right and hope that helps.

I'm ok with spermicide, but the "warming" types of lube itch me like crazy. I finally narrowed those to the source of a year of crazy yeast infections too!

I try to stick with unscented, unflavored, as plain as plain can be. I like the more "gel" texture (Original KY) than the runnier (ex: Astroglide) too. I prefer less friction because that causes chafing -- perhaps this is what ou interpret as an "itch" feeling?

I am allergic to latex -- so if you are using latex condoms, that could be a possibility for "itch" too. For me it is like this numb but furry tingling irritation. I can't use latex dish washing gloves either. And mini golf? Have to hold the club on the metal part rather than the grippy part. Bandaids with latex? Forget it!

GL narrowing it down!

I'm allergic to spermacide too. It would make me itch for a day or two then go away.

I'd eliminate that first.

Then if you STILL have itching it might be latex.
