Default Itchy skin on Yasmin??

Im wondering if anyone has had a problem with itchy skin while taking yasmin?
I started taking it 6mths ago and in the last 2mths my skin has randomly been very itchy. My Dr did various blood tests and ruled out anything serious. However i now need to cover myself in aqueous cream each day and have a steroid cream for the itchy areas.
My Dr thinks the itch could be caused by Yasmin??

I itch very randomly, sometimes alot one day and then not much for a couple of days. (I can rule out pregnancy causing the itch as i know im not). I come up in little red blotches almost like little bites (have also ruled out bed bugs). I read on another website that itchy skin from yasmin means your allergic to it.

Any thoughts on this?? would love to hear from you
