They have been out of stock every time I try too except I got to buy one yesterday. I tried to buy another but I couldn't. Maybe you have to buy them early???

I think it's just a bug. Some days I can buy gifts, some days I cannot. There are some freaky bugs on the internet these days, some aren't destructive, but just annoying.

OK, I looked closer at the bank, and it seems there are a set number of gifts that can be given every 24 hours, it's the same with other bank things like people bolding their name, changing their user name, etc. Once the set number is up, you have to wait till the bank resets itself.
