well sky decided to phone at 5:30 to say the engineer had a car crash this morning and was in hospital they said theyd been trying to get somebody else to come out but couldnt!! so im not happy but its not like i could go mad after they said he had a car crash! anyway there ment to be coming friday now!! gggrrrr

As for me my dads still doing the decorating in the hallway and he keeps waking me up early in the morning lol, im used to having a lye in!
I got offered a job today, my mum is a cook in a residential home where my big sis also works as a carer.
Anyhoo the other cook is really bad, cant cook, lazy, turns up to work still hammered from the night before, and shes in her 40s!
So id be standby cook for if/when they would need me. But im wondering about it, i have to much self doubt, like ill be crap at it or ill cock something up.
Well im off to bed to watch American Dad dvds lol.

I ended up seeing Hancock ... movie was OK but having Will Smith in it makes it worth watching! Yum!
Hope no one is trying to get around in London today ... I've just arrived back in the centre city and three of the tube lines are suspended so taxis are hard to find ... lucky for me I got there just before it turned to chaos so made it home

Sorry your hay fever's not too good Sarah, you got some tablets for it?
Im going in my local tonight with my dad and brother for quiz night, always have a good giggle lol.
Spoken more about the job thing, iv got a CRB form and another form to fill in and iv got to go see the boss on Monday, see what she has to say, im soooo frickin nervous, iv never had an interview before or had a proper job, i did placements when i was at college in nurseries and a primary school but thats kinda diff.
Hope all my lovely cysters are ok x

Well, my first day at work was ok, although it turns out I am more based in the kitchen than I thought.... but we only did 4 customer meals today - and 4 staff meals!!! Also, there is still a chance our snack bar might open soon after all, DF is still working on it and has found someone who is willing to sell us a load of 2nd hand equipment for 1300euro, it is more or less everything we need, and in good working order. Will be so embarassed if I have to quit my job so soon, though!
