IUI concerns

Heres my current situation. Follistim for 26 days and FINALLY triggered on Friday with 2 follies 17.5 and 20 both in the left ovary. Pain with walking, basically any activity. Just plain uncomfortable. I suppose from the size of that ovary. We went today for the IUI. My husband had his S/A about 2 months ago. Results were great! However...today, the RE brings "the boys" over from the lab and tells me that the count was unusually low and there were white cells (meaning that my husband may have had a recent infection) RE said the white cell count was rather low but in any event, should be none. RE said motile were 4.3 mil. I asked what normal/average was and he said 5 mil. DH has NO history of disease and was not recently sick...he did mention to me that his throat was a little bit sore one day this week, but thought it may have been from the fan blowing on him.
So my question for you ladies it 1. Did you feel all uncomfortable and yucky, 2. Has anybody experienced anything similar with the sperm count when going for the IUI, 3. If so, how did it work out for you? 4. Did the pain go away immediately after Ovu? I keep saying...it only takes 1. We BD'd this evening after the IUI and will again tomorrow night. I hope this works. I will be in Hawaii for my 2ww. Plan to test when I come back...I think...unless I get too anxious. If I get AF while in HI at least I will be able to have a few drinks

We've had low count before but it's b/c our old Dr told us to BD the day before which makes counts low. We've never had the white count issue so I'm not sure what that's about or what can be done.

1. Uncomfortable/yucky during the IUI or after? I wasn't uncomfortable @ all during IUI. I had a "heavy" feeling after IUI & it continued when I was pg (that doesn't happen for everyone though so it's definately not a sign of pg, just my personal experience).

3. I got pg w/ every IUI even w/ a semi-low count (can't remember what they all were now-it's been 5 years) but according to both RE's I've seen, I'm VERY fertile.
