IUI Today

Hello,
I have PCOS and I am going through my 2nd cycle of Follistim and IUI. The doc called yesterday and said I had a LH level of 13 and I should do the IUi today, I have googled LH level 13 and it says that's high. I am confused and when I ask my Dr. it's like he's telling me in a foreign language!!! Any help would be gratly appreciated.
