Anyone else try Januvia? I'm on Met xr 500mg 2 twice daily. I was on insulin and there just trying something different. Didnt know if anyone else has tried it or are currently on it while ttc? The pharmacist said that it would be fine to take while pregnant when that happens. Thanks for any advice.

I have been on Januvia about one week. Within 30 minutes of taking it I got a mild headache that soon went away. I've experienced no other negative side effects. I have lost a pound or two and I have noticed some loss of appetite. At this time I think this drug is beneficial for me.

I continue to loose weight on Januvia. I still believe it is a good drug for me.
I do experience some upset stomach at times.
