I want to make them again, but can't find the recipe (and it's not coming up on a search for me). Could you kindly re-post it? Thank you! ![]()

Thankfully KlassicalKat was sweet enough to PM me ![]() Here is DH's low-carb wings recipe: Take a bag of fresh or frozen wings and put one layer on the bottom of a large shallow casserole dish. He pours over about a cup of white vinegar, Louisana hot sauce to taste, a few tablespoons of olive oil or 1/4 stick of butter, salt and Splenda to taste. He bakes them in a preheated 500 degree oven for about 40 minutes. He turns them, adds more hotsauce and splenda and puts them back in till they are fall off the bone tender (about 30 to 45 more minutes).

For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Colossians 1:15-17 |
