Hi,
I am intersted in the pituitary supplement you are taking. Did you have to buy it from the nutritionalist or can it be bought at any health food store? Is this all that you are taking, and are there any side effects? Thanks for posting this info. Take care, KC

Hi there,
I buy my supplements from my nutrionalist, but I know that they are sold on the web, because I looked them all up by name and read what they do. I started taking the supplements 7 weeks ago, and since then she has lowered the dose a couple of times since the whole idea is to strengthen the pituitary gland.

I take Pituitrophin PMG I started taking four pills a day, and am now down to one pill. It is made by Standard Process INc.

Cataplex GTF: it does the same thing that metformin does, regulates the blood sugar without the side effects. I started on 6 pills and am down to four a day.

Pancreatrophin PMG this helps give my pancreas support, I am still on four pills a day, which I started at. She said that it takes longer to strengthen the pancreas.

Perfect Food: This is manufactured by Garden of life, it is equivalent to your multivitamin, I take two a day. Its great because I am not good about eating vegetables, and it is mainly made of vegetables.

I also take Cal Amo, but that is for my allergies and asthma, which wouldn't apply to this website. The whole idea is to get down to not taking any supplements except the multi vitamin, I can't wait for that day.

As for side effects they would be:
1) for the first time in over three years - no painful cramps during my period. Plus my period was on time, it should be interesting if my next one will be to.

2) my cravings have gone down, but not gone all the way.

3) I have not needed allergy pills or my inhaler since 6 weeks ago.

4) my hair on my chin takes longer to grow, but it is still there.

5) I have more energy, and actually feel like I want to do things again.

All in all, I would say I am quite happy in her program. Now if I could just start cutting out carbs, I would be on my way. All things in good time. Hope this helps you.
Feel free to email me at Jllrdh@aol.com

Happy holidays.
