having so much trouble with them... really dont think i can handle much more

becuase i have dla im ment to get paid extra jobseekers, and they haven't since june last year
now they are saying they have but what that was was over pay ment of my last claim and i was told that was there error and they wouldn't take it of me

but now no one will even listen

i lost £400

why cant things be easier

do u have bank statements and things? they wont except no other proof, plus it depends how u were told, if it was in person, then the conversation wont have been recorded, other the phone and the job centre can listen to ur calls

its not that i didn't get money

if i explain i went to appeal for my dla, so when i lost in in june, thats my first claim, the job center kept paying, took me 3 months to get them to stop it
when i spoke to them on the phone they said it was there mistake and they were unlikely to take it from me but if they were going to they would write to me

they didn;t

i won my appeal in novemeber and its back dated to june, and they are sayign that over payment isn't over payment

Put in writing exactly what has happened and get the name of a specific person to address it to, probably a decision maker. Include that you have been to your MP about it, that usually gets things moving

You could run it past someone at CAB, too. I used to work as a volunteer for a charity and helped a lot of people get DLA - or win appeals when turned down - for their kids. And we noticed almost everyone who went to appeal - won. So they should be used to this kind of thing. But anyway, get yourself to your local CAB as they usually have someone who specialises in and is experienced with this and they can help you, I'm certain.

well im going see cab on friday and im seeing my old new deal advisor as well as i told her about the over payment

well saw CAB, sent a letter to jobcentre over a week ago and nothing, they haven't even told me they have gotten it

which i know they have becuase i recorded it

well the job center turned down my appeal, so went back to cab as they said i could appeal, this time they say oh no u cant, its the regulations. making me cry

mom had gone to change the dsiblity badge and they kept on and on at me, letting me leave in the start of a panic attack

after both saying i can have my donation back and that as ive got water i wont have a panic attack

i warned them last time was a hospital job

anyway by the time mom found me outside cab i couldn't breath so she had to ring 999.... over an hour in it... luckier they dind't take me in
