Yes, I did for about a week. I was on Met. 500mg 2xday for only 18 days when my knees started hurting real bad and it would ache down into my calves. I went to my dr they did some blood work everything checked out fine. They did give me a muscle relaxer, which helped greatly. The pain just stopped, sometimes I feel achy in my elbows and knees but nothing like before. I do make sure that I take my vitamins everyday. Good Luck!!! Hopefully it will pass soon!!!

Thanks Bridge-nut, I've been taking extra strenght tylenol, helps a bit but still achy. I guess anything is possible during the early stages of taking met. Thankfully though I did'nt have the bm problem for more than a couple of days phew. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
