Default Jordon's baby

Hi Cysters
I have just read that Jordon has told the press that her baby has been born partially blind. Apparently some nerve endings in his eyes did not form during pregnancy and she can't see why this has happened to her.

I am finding it really hard to have sympathy for someone who drank and smoked all the way thru her pregnancy and can't understand why this has happened to her.

Poor child. It sounds like there is no way of correcting it either. I hope he gets the extra support he's going to need as he grows up.
That's really sad.

It's horrible isn't it? I read it on the news section on Aol today. I do feel really sorry for the baby and Jordon, but surely she should have known that if she was that stupid during her pregnancy that something might happen to her poor baby

Default stupid woman

You wait, she'll smoke and drink all the way through her next pregnancy as well. And she gave birth online on a pay-per-view basis, didn't she? Tacky, tacky, tacky. I just hope she is a better mother than her publicity would indicate, because that child is going to need it.

by the way, go look at this piccie of me and my lovely Mike, since I can't get the thing to come up on here as anything other than a link.

apparently it'snot related to anything that Jordan may or may not have done during the pregnancy.

Hi all.

I too was really upset about Jordan's baby, what a shock!

I know she wasn't the best example of a mum-to-be, but it is still really awful either way.

Tammy - I completely agree! sympathy is more appropriate in this situation.

I'm really sorry if I have offended anyone. I totally agree with all of you that have said about being sympathic and understanding. I am very sympathic. I could not imagine what it must feel like.

The only point I was making is that if you spend you're pregnancy drinking and smoking (and doing so on a documentary no less) then you can't turn around and play very innocent when something is wrong with your baby.

Maybe it's just me having sour grapes because I got pregnant the same time as Jordon, did everything right and still miscarried when I was 5 months.

So I'm sorry.

'okay pinky! you've not offended me, I can understand where you are coming from but I just think that there will be loads of press and people like that who will make Jordan feel bad enough - not to mention what she is thinking of herself right now, I am sure she is beating herself up as it is.

I just hope that her arch enemy Posh knows when to shut up right now!! AND I hope that arse (you know him - the father) stick by her.

No offence taken Pink!! lol

I can understand your frustration, it must be hard for you.

I just think it must have been such a terrible shock for Jordan finding out, also it got me thinking how things can so easily go wrong which aren't even detected until after the birth....scary. Freaked me out a bit I suppose.

Anyway all, take care,

Tammy-Lou

I have just got this off AOL news. So maybe there is a little hope for Harvey.

US DOCTOR COULD HELP JORDAN'S BABY TO SEE

A LOS ANGELES doctor says he may be able to help Jordan's baby to see.

Dr Ali Kashani hopes to meet the model when she arrives in California next week.

He says there's a chance Harvey's sight could be restored even though his optic nerves have failed to develop properly.

Dr Kashani says he may be able to help if the baby's optic nerves have partially developed.

The Mirror quotes him saying he's "hopeful" he can help.

He said: "When the nerves have partially developed, the condition is called hypaplasia. This is the condition that is treatable. The worst case scenario is if the boy has aplasia. This is where the optic nerves have not developed at all."

well he must be quite confident that he'll be able to help otherwise he wouldn't have made such a statement to the press. So that can only be a good thing, hopefully he can do it.
By the way - Fiona, how did you get your piccie in the sig line? I want to put one in!
