Any other Joyce Meyer fans on here?? I love her dearly... She has helped me conquer so many fears over this past year.. I love her books, pod casts, and tv shows... She really is an inspiration.

i have read many of her books and emotionally have been helped, also her messages are very straightforward and although i havent read all her stuff on doctrine or such, she has hit home on several issues on my life. basically, with all preachers or teachers, i take what edifies or applies to me and it has helped tremendously. God is so good!

Hopeful~ You are so right.. She honestly helped me get over my fear of flying. worrying about everything, and she has helped me with my journey TTC. God is great!!!

Heidi: i was personally helped in the area of sexual abuse healing, her journey and how God healed her and she forgived, showed me that I wasnt at fault for the terrible experiences i went through and now i am free! Praise God, i believe we all have a very big book to share with the world about our lives, some of us just dont print them...lol....

Thanks Heidi: That is just one thing the Lord has done for me, He literally gave me life when i was DEAD, His love has changed my life and i can never pay Him for all that and more. i have learned to take the good out of a bad situation, just like Joseph said, "what the devil meant for bad (plans) God turned it for good"............
when i meet women who have been abused, i share my testimony of hope, redemption and forgiveness thru Jesus. i have learned to be grateful in and through everything!

Heidi: i was looking at your sig and wanted to ask you a personal question...do you pray about your meds when you administer them?
i used to pray that God would not hold it against me using the ttc meds, i always told Him that all the glory is for Him not the meds because i sometimes felt guilty that i was not having faith that He would instantly make me conceive w/out the meds........

Hopeful~ That is not too personal.. I actually struggled alot with is it okay to take the meds and everything.. And I talked with alot of my Christian friends. They all helped me believe that God created the science and everything that led to the medications.. I believe that the meds and everything is part of the plan God has for me... I pray that I will either get pregnant or that I will become a mother another way.. If I do not conceive myself, one day we will probably adopt... I think God gives us obstacles to overcome for a reason. My DH had cancer at 25, but we overcame that too.. If something is too easy, it probably isn't worth it.
Maybe we were meant to talk, not just about Joyce, but about our beliefs.

Love Joyce Meyer. I've read a few of her books, and they've helped me tremendously to turn to God when I start feeling worried or panicky. It's really helped my anxiety.

Heidi: i am so glad you shared that with me, i had felt so guilty using the treatments but now i see that its God who has created everything and He can use whatever means He wants to fulfill His plans and blessings for us. You are very courageous to have endured your Dh's cancer, only God can give us that strength.
i also agree that Joyce was the starting point of our conversation and i think that God is speaking to us in this thread, Praise God! i am so grateful for believers like you that uplift my spirit with joy!
