She had injections, did she? And how old is she? and how long were they trying for? An how long would the rest of us have to wait before we got given such serious fertility treatment, rather than being told to "see how it goes...there's plenty of time yet"? Even private doctors wouldn't do it for ages. Bet she didn't have to go through years of "well try this first" with useless pills that made her worse, and "well we can't actually move you on to injectables just yet, it's not standard procedure until x amount of other options have been exhausted"....grrr.
Sorry. Feeling a tad bitter today, can ya tell?

Am I the only one who felt quite emotional reading the Heat magazine artical about Jules Oliver? I was happy for her but I did feel kind of "aye it's alright for her, she is slim and has money and no acne and no facial hair" ok I know I'm just jealous but that was how I felt! No point in putting it in Rant because no-one outside of theUK knows who she is!!

Age 30 - textbook case, I've got ALL the symptoms and am getting broody - so believe me I am grateful for my good sense of humour!
Been diagnosed 1993 and have been on dianette since, but, have recently come off due to high BP. Hoping to start Merformin soon.
Would like to hear from any other Scottish Cysters on the subject.

Age 31 - textbook case, no meds right now but have tried Diannette (for 8 years -great but weight and blood pressure went up) and Metformin (didn't agree with me). hoping to start Clomid within the next few months. No period since September '02 - Hormones and moods are going haywire!
