umm... can we all take some before pictures and i can upload them to my soon to be completed .com site... lol... and if someone wants to help organize it... then umm we can... umm post the goals and current losses and then umm pics of before and after in one place... if anyone is interested... say i... lol... no one will have to pay anything... i just need something to occupy my time... and umm one more thing... i dont have a .com yet because i dont know what to call it... so temporarily i am using free hosting... so if anyone is interested just PM me... and we can get started...

To make it easier to keep track of everyone participating in the challenge, I'm condensing some of the older posts so that we have an alphabetical list of participants along with their goal weights.
Please, feel free to PM or email me if I've made a mistake (including you if you're not participating, not including you if you are, mistyping the goals or whatever). Or if you want to join the challenge at a later date just contact me and I'll add you t othis list.
FYI: I intend to send a friendly pm to those who don't check-in on the future Monday Posts. This way, we can all be around to support someone if she starts to lose her willpower.

as soon as the account is activated we can start working on this... i was thinking about umm making a form on the site where people can go and upload their pictures and their 1/1/04 info along with a bio and which type of diet they are following, begining weight, etc... and snowbunny can keep track of weekly weigh-ins... and then i can post them to the site... anyone else good with html? java? anything... and umm i dunno i will try to get a free chat room started on the site asap... someone else can organize the "recipes" section... they will also get an email addy... any suggestions... im all ears...

Ok, I'm wrapping up the weight tracker sheets. I was wanting to be really creative, but that's not gonna happen. So, I'm making them to where you can get some smiley stickers or motivational stickers to put over each pound lost. Or, you can use a highlighter on them.
I'll have them posted as soon as possible. I'm trying to create one for each weight goal listed.

This is such a fantastic idea...Especially for me since I have my ten year college reunion at the beginning of June. I'd love to show up all those buttheads I used to date back then.
I'd love to lose 40 pounds by June. Count me in!

OK, I edited my first post on page one. It has the links to the goal sheet and the weight trackers. If you have any problems with them, just let me know.
Ok, so now all I have to do is set-up the spreadsheet tomorrow and then I can concentrate on my 50 lb goal. After all, if we're all going on Oprah, I've gotta look good!!! LOL

Yes mam. SIX lbs. I think it's my body shedding all that extra food I ate during the holidays. I gained TEN lbs from TG to NYE. Bad me. Plus I got new scales when my other ones broke and found that my old beloved scales were 10lbs off. So not only was I 10lbs bigger than I thought, I gained 10...so that made me TWENTY lbs bigger than I thought.
There's nothing like THINKING you weigh 196 and then having your scales break a couple days after TG and then you finally get around to ordering some new ones and they come in but you don't open them b/c, HEY, it's Christmas...who wants to weigh during Christmas. And when you finally get on them a couple days before New Years...you think you are still 196...maybe 200 at the most b/c of the holidays and OH MY GOODNESS...you are 216.
Talk about a rude awakening. I am SO motivated. So even though I've lost 6 lbs, I'm still FOURTEEN more lbs than I thought I was.
Even though I haven't really gained fourteen...it still feels like it when I get on the scales. Know what I mean?
Anyway...I'm rambling. It's late.
