Hello everyone, I think it is sooo awesome the motivation and the hard work that it took in putting this challenge together, thank all of you sooo much. I am gonna join you and list my goals now if I can:
I want to loose 85lbs, I know that is alot but that is my goal I want to try and aim for.
I want to be able to tell my DH how much I weigh with out being embarrased, I currently weigh 260lbs, and he doesnt believe I am over 170 he just doesnt believe that I am this heavy.
I am going to excercise daily to my Taebo
I am going to cut out PEPSI !!!!!!!!!!

Ok, You guys have convinced me to join. Sure, my whole family is on Atkins together, but now that I am headed back to school in a week I will need a bit more encouragement and accountability.
I currently weigh 163 lbs. and my goal weight by June is 150. Ok, so I only have 13 more pounds to lose, but these last few pounds have been REALLY hard because of the holidays. So here is my plan. I want to stick with Atkins (because it has already worked SO well for me!), and I want to do Winsor Pilates 3 - 4 times a week as well as power walking on the treadmill twice a week.
I am really looking forward to seeing how great we all do! Good luck Cysters!

I really want to join, if you all are okay with that.
My current weight is 230 and size 20. I would eventually like to weigh 160, and I would like to lose 40 lbs. during the challenge.
I will do this by:
Winsor Pilates 3x/week
Treadmill 45 mniutes 3-5x/week
Walking my doggy every day for at least 20 minutes
Following the IR diet as closely as I can
Drinking at least 2L of water daily
I look forward to seeing all of our successes along the way!

Have you tried a calcium and magnesium supplement? That can often help.

I'm at 209, stuck for three months after losing 25 pounds. So I'd like to lose 44 pounds and get down to 165, which is supposedly the high end of the range for my height.

That was the hardest part for me. I switched to Diet Dr. Pepper. I know the caffeine's still bad for us, but I'm taking baby steps!

Vivcrayton: Yes I know the caffeine is still not good but all the sugary pepsi I keep drinking is contributing in a very, very big way to the weight staying on, I so hope I can kick this habit, I have been drinking this stuff for too many years, and I drink alot of it.
I will try to switch to diet when I absolutely have to have something besides just water....
I still need to excercise today but I am motivated to get this done.
How is everyone today? I am gonna order the journal and the t-shirt on Friday to wear when I am excercising, I am sure it will help with motivation also......
