ok so u probably read loads of these storys, but im looking for abit of help. i was diagnosed last week n finnaly cumin round bout it now.
but just strugglin to sleep n this pain in my side is cripplin. i have to wait too see my gp next week to discuss what happens next, but im just wondered if anyone can gives me a heads up?
will they put me on medication if yeh what kind? also is this pain in my side normal? also can anyone point me in the right direction of fightin the fat while strugglin with pcos?
anythin will really help. i just carnt believe how many forums their is i never thought it was this well known.
just bin diagnosed but what happens next?
