Just bought a vitamin dispenser

Tired of opening all these vitamin bottles every day? Buy a vitamin dispenser to solve your problems! hehe I sound like a commercial ;-)

But anyway, that's what I did and it's wonderful. Highly recommended for those you use more than 3 supplements. I bought mine at www.tabtote.com because they carry a dispenser that holds 25 pills per day for up to one month. They also have a smaller 2-week dispenser to carry around in your purse if you go on vacation or to a restaurant. Just a suggestion :-)

I did try one of those dispensers a while back but i kept forgetting to refill it.....not good!

I may try one again now that I take more pills. At the moment I pop them out onto the worktop and they're always flicking everywhere (including the floor!) and I get confused with what I've taken

OK, I'm sold
