I have been taking Met - but had to cut way back on the dosage because of severe diarreha.

Does anyone know if it is alright to take Vitex while taking Met?

I am going to ask my doc, but I was just curious if anyone else happened to know???

I'm currently taking them together. I just finished my first cycle with it and feel pretty good. I did notice some more breakouts than usual, but that might be from the NPC and not the Vitex. At least af showed up on cd26!

I am talking to my doctor later today and I will let her know that someone else is taking them together if she has concerns about that...
