Hi,

I am 25 and live in the DC area. I was just diagnosed with PCOS today after a visit to an OB/GYN because of heavy/prolonged/irregular periods. The only test I had was an ultrasound. The doctor prescribed Loestrin 24 (I was on Yaz and a generic form of ortho a year or two ago but neither were working for me) and told me to start losing weight.

Just wanted to introduce myself and start connecting with people here.
