Hey there everyone...

I was just diagnosed with PCOS on Monday the 23rd. I am not sure exactly what it is yet. I ordered a book from Amazon.com so hopefully that will be helpful. What are some good websites to visit?

Welcome to SC! Try reading some of the articles here at soulcysters, and if you have questions, ask away!
I wondered if you are taking any meds for your PCOS. Many cysters take birth control pills and metformin, also antidepressants because depression can be a real problem for cysters! Many cysters have had improvement of their symptoms with the insulin resistance diet. Hope this helps!
