Hello ladies!!

First, I would just like to say how awesome it is to find a forum out there for ladies with PCOS. I personally, didnt know what PCOS was until about a month ago when a friend said she was just diagnosed with it. I researched it. I was in shock.. There were sooo many symptoms that I had!!! I got scared but hopeful.

A month later, I finally got an appt with a gyn/CNM with whom I discussed with her that my husband and I are TTC but to no avail. She said she would like to do some blood work and I should come back in 2 weeks to speak with her about the results.

So, yesterday, I got "labeled" with PCOS.

My CNM gave me prescriptions for Metformin and Clomid (I am getting both filled tomorrow).

Im sure I will have lots of questions for you ladies!

You're right about the similarities! Sorry you had to find out when you're TTC, at least you know what the problem is (and this can give you a guideline to help).
