I just found out that my wife has PCOS. Can someone please tell me what it is? I'm very concerned for my wife, and we would like to have children sometime. Does this mean we aren't going to be able to have children? What are the effects on my wife? What can we do to fix it? Is there a cure? Someone please feel free to email me at soulman1015@aol.com. I have no idea what the cause and effects are of this disease. I'm actually kind of scared for her. This is all new to me. Someone please talk to me.

Here is a really good link that should help you understand what is going on with your wife. I'm really sorry to hear about her diagnosis. The best thing she can do is get to know all she can about it. Please tell her about this site and encourage her to come and have a look around.
