It's really good...it has soooo much information and I'm learning so much I hope this book helps me get my IR under control.

Oh man...that stinks

It had some information that I didn't realize...I'm gonna take that information and do the best I can with it...I'm not that good at dieting to begin with and balancing things...this has helped me understand a lot about IR that I never new...even if I get 1 thing from this book and use it, it'll be worth it
