I got the GNC brand Soy tablets yesterday (cd4) to begin today. Mine says 40% isoflavones- 20 mg. But then the complete mg is 50. Is this correct to take 1?

I usually take 2 but you can always add more your next cycle. My advice is to start with 1 pill and depending on your results, you can increase to 2 pills later.
