i was diagnosed not too long ago and have just ordered my first books on the subject. do you think i picked good ones? they are the IR diet, and PCOS the Hidden Epidemic. just was wondering how others felt about these books and if i chose well.

I also have PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic. I think its a wonderful book, I has few books that I was thinking of buying and I'm so glad I opted for that one.

I don't have the I.R Diet, but I've heard good things about it. The diet book that I bought was The Glucose Revolution, I really enjoyed it.

I'm tempted to buy other books but I have NO cash right now (the joys of being a student! lol)

Hi,
Last week I ordered The IR Diet and The PCOS Diet Book from Amazon as well. I rv'cd them Monday. I've read half way through both of them so far. I'm switching back and forth..lol..
So glad I ordered these. I think they both are what I need. Gonna take some getting used too. But at least it won't be a dramatic change from the way DH and I eat already.
What do you think of The IR Diet?
