Just started here...

Hi!! I am Megan and live in Newark, OH. I have been married to Bill for 5 years this June. I found out I had PCOS in June of 2001. I started Clomid a couple of months later and got pg in January. My daughter was born in October of 2002..
I just started taking Metformin last Friday due to 3 months of TTC, and my hormone levels not changing (unlike the first time).

My stomach is upset, I am so hungry all the time, and am absolutely exhausted!! I am assuming this is all completely normal..

Any help and advice folks have for facial hair, thinning hair, and weight loss are greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to sc. There is a different forums for the questions you are asking. Have a look and see what you think.

I can't answer the facial hair question as I'm not having much luck with that. I am on a diet at the moment. It is low fat and low carb. It suits me but it doesn't suit everyone. I have lost a stone though now. But its the weeks when you don't lose anything that makes you lose your motivation. But I'm still trying.

Re: your question-
I have thinning hair also and it is painful to think about and see every day. My hair is my favorite part of me. I think spiro helps with thinning hair (which im not on yet) and weight loss. The best way to lose weight with PCOS people is low carb and religious exercise...but dont starve yourself.
