i was just wondering if you had an ovary removed and that was the ovary that kept the cyst on it does pcos go away or does it move to the other ovary.

PCOS is somewhat of a misnomer. If I am correct you are under the assumtion that PCOS is caused by cysts. Not so, PCOS is a multi-symptom metabolic disorder caused most likley by insulin resistance. (there are other causes as well) So to answer your question, PCOS will not be resolved by removing the cyst. I hope this helps! Good Luck!
