Just wanted to say...... Just wanted to say that I think you guys on here are wonderful!. Your ladies are so lucky to have your support and unconditional love. I recently was in a relationship which only lasted about four months, but it was hard for me to get very intimate with my bf because of my symptoms of pcos (which I never mentioned to him). I felt as though I was a failure because I couldn't control the weight, etc. I'm far from unattractive, but there's still the self consciousness because of my symptoms.
We are still friends and see each other/talk almost every day, and now that I have gotten closer to a diagnosis and have changed meds, he has become curious about pcos, so i have done my best to explain it to him. He also told me that he's there for me and if I EVER need anything, I shouldn't be afraid to ask. Looking back now, I kinda wish I had shared with him my issue earlier.
Even though we remain just friends, I am so thankful for his support and again just want to commend the guys of SC for their support and God bless you all!
