Hi everyone,
I just went off loestrin-1.20 2 weeks ago and ever since christmas eve I have had cramps on both sides and my boobs are so sore. The cramps don't seem to go away it has been 3 days. I'm going to the gyno on Monday morning. But I was wondering if this is cause of concern or could it just be my body reacting to the change. I'm trying not to worry but with having pcos anything that feels different scares me. Any feedback is very appreciated. Thanks.

your body might be getting you prepared for AF. That's what usually happens when you get off BCP's. And if not AF, then I hear the chances for pregnancy is pretty high the first month after you finish off BCP's.

As someone who got pregnant *while* taking Loestrin, get a test when you go to the gyno, just in case.

Just as an aside, Loestrin is considered a highly androgenic pill and not recommended for women with PCOS.
