What do you think about Kabbalah? Im watching a special on 20/20 about Kabbalah. I dont judge others religions but it seems very suspicious to me when they start saying that their water can heal people. Tell me what you think? I just dont know enough about it to make an informed decision.

They wear a red sting. It's very strange religion.......and the most i've heard about it is that it's celebs that are part of it and came up with it. or at least thats my understanding

The bergs took it from an ancient religion and majorly simplified it and basically marketed it to the world. I will categorize it under 'weird celebrity religion' for now just like scientology until I see something credible.

Well, it's part of Judaism, mystical Judaism. I've studied it (not too much of actual kabbalistic writings, but studying what it is about and basics for my major-Jewish Studies). It is not intended to be a "religion" separate from Judaism. It is apart of Judaism. And I would say it is not really for nonJews, anyway. I don't believe in kabbalah, but lots of Orthodox Jews do, and are offended by the whole commercial/celebrity/gentile obsession with it.
SC welcomes positive discussions from people of all faiths and 'about' all faiths. Please refrain from posts which challenge the validity of a particular faith (or aspect) of that faith.
To be clear, it's ok to ask for others to explain a particular faith, however, future posts which negatively label a faith will be removed.
