Question Kaiser Insurance Anyone??

hello ladies i live in CA and have Kaiser 50% coshare coverage for infertility. Wondering if there is possibly anyone on here that happens to have the same coverage and had ever done injectables? i beleive if this cycle ends in a bust, that i will be moving onto those for my next cycle. Thanks ahead of time for any feedback!

I also have Kaiser and I live in MD. I've only gone so far as clomid, but I'm going to schedule an appt with Shady Groove next month so that I can do the IUI.

I had Kaiser in Santa Clara CA. We had 100% coverage though except for co-pays. Any questions though I can try to help.

I have Kaiser but I have just started, I have only went to the class so far, but I just wanted to say Hi! Since we probably go to the same Kaiser. Are you treating at Point West or Roseville? Do you like them?

hey sabrinacrystal we do go to the same docs!! thats great. i have been to both point west and roseville. i like going to roseville more b/c its really clsoe to my home, but sometimes u have to go to point west especially for IUI's and depending where the doc is for the day. im not sure what kind of coverage u have but i have that 50% coshare its a pain but better then paying 100% for sure. i started off seeing dr kluster, and then have been seeing dr. mcray-walker she is probally the one who taught the class b/c she taught mine. anyway they ar both good doctors but have totally 2 differ opinion so its kinda hard. i can say tho dr. mcray is amazing i love going to her.i would definitly love to have u as a buddy thru ur journey #2 and mine #1 since we are so local. keep me posted

I am 50% also.

I am a little frustrated with them right now because I really want to get started on metformin. I was supposed to schedule my HSG this week but I got a BFP, unfortunately my beta numbers are going down so now they want me complete this m/c, have a period and then do the HSG, so basically I won't see a Dr til like December or January! UGH! I am going to try to talk them into giving me an appointment sooner on Monday when I call for the results of my last beta but she didnt sound like she was going to be talked into it.

I did really like Mcray-Walker when she taught the class, she seemed like she is very no nonsense and to the point. My normal Obgyn in South Sac Kaiser is like that and I really appreciate it.

I am pretty excited to meet you, I really needed a buddy, especially today.

Peyton is truly my little miracle, he was conceived with no meds. I kinda always had a feeling I would have problems conceiving. As soon as DH and I got married we started trying, 1 year later I still wasn't pregnant so I went to see my Obgyn. She took one look at me and was like you have PCOS. I have a lot of the physical signs, she pointed them out to me and I was amazed and I was really ok with it because I have happy there was a diagnosis and treatment.

At that same appointment I had taken a pregnancy test because I hadn't gotten AF. I specifically asked for one. At the end of the appointment my Dr looks at it and she's just staring at it and she's like "I think there is a faint line there" I was shocked, she was shocked. She sent me for a beta and the first number came in at 24. A couple days later the next beta came in at 150 and she kept sending me for betas until we got over 1000.

9 months later my 10 lb 5 ounce baby boy came screaming into the world. I am so grateful for him.

Don't give up hope until AF shows up, that's my motto!
