In order to soften the hair for shaving try using Kalo...
Here's a regimine that's not too expensive...
Neutrogena Gentle face scrub...followed by Kalo hair inhibitor day and evening...if your skin becomes too dry try some vitamin E oil, since it's very light weight and not too greasy.
So they say...I think it helps to prep the skin for daily shaving...I find that if i dont use it the night before that I tend to get a "rough" shave...for the most part my skin stays soft most of the day...it's just the dark shadow or "gray" look that I absolutley hate!
I also use the Silk Effects razor for a smoother, less painful shave.
Definitely can relate to the dark shadow/gray look thing--My skin glows from the jaw bone up--I hate that...I may give kalo a try though...Can't really hurt anything
...I've done it but the results werent as great as I expected; the place where I went started to slack up with new management and switching lasers that werent good for my skin. I even got severly burned! That was so hurtful...
...I'm going to give it one more shot though...it may give me the just enough to use less makeup.
I jus opened up a sub bank account to start saving for laser...Its going to be my bday present to self...My gyno suggested it at my last appt. she said b/c my hair is dark I'd be a good candidate...I'm going to research it more as I've heard mixed results...Plus I would like to get my androgen levels in check before proceeding with laser...Just seems like a waste of $ if I dont...Im going to order kalo on friday...I'll keep u posted
Great! I wish u much success with the laser treatment...some places offer a package along with a guarantee...when I get really desperate I am willing to pay per session. I'm too impatient to save!
I'm hoping to go for a session or two my self before the spring hits...
I want to start working out more and that requires wearing my hair up and having to show those hidden horrors!
I hate feeling ugly during that time of the year...

I have to wear my hair back while doing patient care--I absolutely hate it and I'm actually trying to switch careers because of it...I can't focus totally on providing care cuz i'm wondering if the patients can tell i have a beard...I am soooo tired of feeling unpretty because of this so I am hoping laser is successful for me...The place my gyno suggested have per session rates I'll have to check the flier for the prices but I do know they have it broken down by zones...So I would have to pay the session rate for sideburns and chin...I know its gonna be costly but I'm willing to pay any cost if it aids in elevating my selfesteem...I know i'm a beautiful person inside and out, i just want to feel like i'm beautiful--know what i mean?
I know girl...just imagine how much more confidence you will have once you become the person you want to be on the outside since the inside is already perfect!
