Thumbs up Kashi pizza

I am not usually a big fan of frozen pizza but these newer kashi ones with the roasted veggies aren't bad. They have a thin whole wheat crust with flax seeds 14g protein and 4g of fiber. Any that's for 1/3 of the pizza (250 calories).

The pizzas are wonderful. I usually split one with my husband, so about 1 1/2 servings, but it's still not as bad as Dominos. I love the ones with chicken.

Kashi pizza?!?! I'll have to try it! I love the cereals, especially the Go Lean Crunch!

How many carbs does it have per serving?

I'll have to tell my mom too. . .she's diabetic and is definitely into Kashi too!

This is the nutritional content for HALF of the pizza, the serving is 1/3 but not enough for me.

450 cal
14g fat
7g sat. fat
45mg cholesterol
975mg sodium
59g carbs
6g fiber
6g sugar
24g protein

I'm having this tonight for supper with 8oz of brussel sprouts

I love the hot cereal. I buy the cinnamon kind and put 1/4 cup of raisins in it now. It's awesome!!! Small in portion but really fills me up and gives me energy, it's incredible!! I love Kashi too.

Where have you ladies found Kashi pizzas? I was at Super KMart yesterday, and they don't carry them.

I was going to ask you the same thing since you're in Chicago too. I can't seem to find anywhere that carries the frozen line of Kashi products, all I can find are the cereals and bars and such.

Dominicks carries them. (I'm local too. ) So does Jewel if I remember correctly, but I haven't been there in awhile. I definitely know that Dominicks has them, though, because I saw them this morning.

that's a lot of sodium for our home (we both need to limit sodium)

You can still enjoy one meal with high sodium if you watch the rest. I too keep my sodium under 1800mg a day.
