Hi Kat,

I read your post re: kayakalpa yoga with interest. I've searched the net far and wide for any asanas but can't seem to find much info. Do you know of a source for a yoga routine that incorporates kayakalpa asanas? Any info/links would be much appreciated.

Someone asked me about this awhile back, and the only thing I was able to find was a yoga retreat in Canada that practiced this form, and I think they offered a video. If I locate it again, I'll post it.
