Default Keggel issues.

I have been doing them 6 -10 times a day since I was preg with DS1.

I have been sick with Bronchittis and pee when I cough. I do not have a UTI and have been tested 2 times for it.

I am also noticing that when I do pee it is far less. the OBGYN said it was Stressed Urinary Incotniance. (sp)

I had to by depends pads. I am starting to worry I will be at work and just pee without warning..

Anyone have this.. If so what can I do.?
I am still doing keggel ..

Just keep doing them. When I was a teen, I used to leak or dribble ALOT. I wore panty liners constantly. I did the kegels but it took quite awhile for results. It did get better though.

I've had 2 children now...but I rarely feel "insecure" down there. I have to resort to panty liners maybe once a month, usually around the time I ovulate, when I have alot of CM. When I think about it, I do those kegels quite often throughout the day.

Sorry, just reread your post...you pee when you cough...do you mean you just pee a bit? Like a dribble? Or is it a full on pee?

Like what I said above, if it's just a dribble, even a fairly big dribble, keep on with the kegels...you have the Depends as backup...

If it's a full on pee...not sure what to say.

I'm having the same issue. Panty liners are my friend right now. I am having issues when coughing and sneezing... blah! I hate 'dribbling' but the midwife said it's because of being pregnant and the force of cough/sneeze... Yay for me!

hope it gets better for you!

I started having leaking problems during pg with DD. Dr said the muscles are strong. Since I got pg with the twins it has gotten were I have to wear panty liners. Dr said it's normal because babies are putting alot of pressure down.

I'm the same way, I pee when I cough, sneeze, or laugh. I'm always constantly wet in the last 6 weeks or so. It will go away after the baby's born and the kegels do help so keep doing them!
