I had my doubts that KFC would ever offer a non-breaded chicken option other than wings, but they finally did! DH brought home a bucket last night and it was very good, and cheaper than the original recipe.
I've been reading articles that say it's supposed to be good.
I might have to try it! Is it high in sodium?
It was not high in sodium compared to their original recipe, and the flavor was milder than I expected. DH didn't like that there was no vinegar taste at all to it, but I thought it was very good and a healthier option than their other chicken offerings. Women seem to prefer it to men overall.

I saw that, but was too scared to order it. I asked the girl at the counter, but she hadn't had it and couldn't tell me what it was like. I was wondering what type of seasoning, etc, but she didn't have a clue.

I'm glad you posted this. It looks so good, but I haven't tried it yet. We end up getting fast food more than usual during the boys baseball season, so I'll have to try that some night. I always peel the nasty skin and breading off if we get their chicken, so this would be perfect.
I wonder if it's here in Canada yet? I'll have to take a look. Regular KFC is good, kind of. It's great for a little gastrointestinal spring cleaning, that's for sure!

twice i have been to my sorry kfc in my sorry town and twice they have been "out". the first time i did manage to get a small grilled wing and it was good. im tired of going and trying to hunt it down.

I emailed KFC and they told me that not only is it not in Canada, but that there are no plans to ever introduce it here. But they'll pass my email on to some department person somewhere. Oh well. I can grill my own chicken quite well.

KFC Grilled chicken! 
I thought it was almost hopeless, but I was so glad DH saw the sign. I don't watch commercials, so I had no idea this was going to be in our area.
