I saw this a couple of years ago on the internet, but the recipe I saw used shredded coconut colored green for the topping. I can't find that recipe now.

I have made this cake in the past several times LOL In fact, I have a litter box in my kitchen with my other pans that is specifically for use in only making the cake LOL And my utensil drawer has the scooper lol It is a huge hit usually at the gatherings I used to go to. It tastes Great! even though it looks gross. Kids love it too. If you are having a Halloween party I highly suggest making it. There are several different recipies and options on how to make it.. I prefer the ones with using a spice cake fwiw. Ooooh what I wouldnt do for a piece of that cake now lol
