Question Korean program???

Hi Ladies,

It has been a while since I have posted so first I want to say CONGRATULATIONS to all of the new Mommies on the board! I can imagine how happy you are to be home with your little angles or know that you will be home with them very soon

Last time I posted DH and I had started collecting documents to adopt an infant from Vietnam. Unfortunately our agency is not accepting any new dossiers for Vietnam since there is so much uncertainty with the program right now. We could change our paper work to another program (at first we thought Guatemala), but have decided that the Korean program looks like it is perfect fit for us. However our agency does not facilitate Korean adoptions. I know there are a few ladies who have children from Korea or a re waiting for a referral. I would love to hear about your experience and about your agency. Any information would be appreciated, since we have only been researching Korea for a month or so and have only information from the internet. We hope to start the process in early spring. (after we move to our new house)

Thank you in advance! And good luck to everyone
Chloe

Default Hi, Chloe

I personally know nothing about Korean adoption, BUT from browsing the Holt International Children's Services website (http://www.holtintl.org) for info on adoption from China, I do know that Holt has lots of experience in Korean adoption.

Here is the Korea-specific link:

Good luck with your plans!
