So i decided to try L-lysine as a supplement to try to have some regrowth. I take am also on bcp and acetetae cyprosterone(10 a month)
What`s the dosage for l-lysine. The bottle says once a day, it`s 1000mg.
Should i take any caution with this? or combine it with something else?
I take it when I know my immune system is run down for prevention of coldsores in my eye (herpes simplex). I wasn't aware that people took it for other reasons, my bottle of tablets only has information regarding coldsores.

I thought it was for coldsores to , I knwo if Im under stress I take them and they help in prevent an outbreak but heck if it helps with hair regrowth thast a bonus!!! I usualy take 2 pills a day and it seems to keep the cold sores at bay Im not to sure abotu the hair regrowth though.
