Lab value question

HI,

I had a question I had my PCOS panel drawn recently. I hopefully will be starting injectables at the end of November. My question is concerning 17-hydroxyprogesteron. My present level was 220 which according to the range is the Luteal phase (40-480). My past levels were 84, 108, 120, 203. I am trying to figue out the significance of this test. Can anyone explain. Are women with PCOS always in this phase? Does the different levels mean anything? Does the 17-hyroxyprogesteron level increase high then drop? Follicular phase range is 10-120. Did I ovulate when my level was at 84 & 120?

My other question is concerning Prolactin. My level was 5.0. Which is lower then the range (6.0 - 20.0) what is the significance of this test? And what does this mean?
