i have insulin resistance and i am scared to go back to the doctor and find out if i may be diabetic. i was wondering if you get diagnosed with type 2 dieabetes and you work hard eating right and exercising and then your test shows you are not diabetic anymore does the lable of being a diabletic follow you around like insurance;s?

I hate to tell you that once you are diabetic, you can't be cured of it but you can control it with diet and exercise. You need to find out if you are diabetic because diabetes causes all kinds of health issues. You need to go to the doctor and be tested. HTH
